This notice explains how Pearl Residential Cleaning handles information sent through the quote form.

What we collect

We collect the contact, home and cleaning details you choose to provide in your quote request, including your name, email address, phone number if supplied, suburb, requested service and notes.

Why we use it

Pearl uses these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss a quote and, only if agreed later, arrange cleaning services. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.

Who receives it

Your request is sent to Pearl through the website hosting and business email services. We do not use an external form processor, advertising pixel or analytics service for this website.

Temporary technical metadata

The enquiry handler keeps short-lived technical metadata to reduce spam and prevent accidental duplicate sends. It does not store your enquiry text on the web server. Retry records expire after 24 hours and rate counters after one hour; expired records are removed on the next enquiry request. Hosting providers may keep server logs under their own practices.

Retention and contact

Enquiries are retained in Pearl’s business mailbox while they are needed to respond and manage services. You can contact Pearl to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry. Hosting and email providers may retain logs or backups under their own policies.
